[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | add support for 0-RTT (!775)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

I think the flush command is usable only if all the database accesses are synchronized and the flush interval matches the anti-replay window.  Otherwise, the timing gap could cause removal of a newly added entry that is not expired.
