[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Eliminate alloca() use in the guile bindings (#684)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

The fix would be to use C89 fixed array with fallback to malloc(). That requires slightly more than fixing the *.h files. It needs changes in the function implementation as well. It's trivial and obvious, but I dare to go into upstream discussions. I am too busy with other projects right now.
